The fishing season never ends in South Dakota…and the fish are always biting. With more than 1,100 square miles of water, our state has a diverse fish population of walleye, bass, catfish, crappie, pike, trout and sturgeon.

The Missouri River Reservoirs offer some of the best fishing in the upper Midwest but you can also drop your line in our glacial lakes or freshwater streams. Once you fished our waters, you'll be hooked!
