South Dakota Outdoor Expo

June 13-14, 2009

The South Dakota Outdoor Expo is an event that has more than 100 hands-on activities! They include kayaking, shotgun shooting, panning for gold, Dutch Oven cooking, geocaching, fly-fishing, cooking over campfires, trapping, hunting safety lessons, hunting dog demonstrations, archery and much more. Through interactive exhibits and activities, the event teaches an understanding and appreciation for conservation and outdoor recreation and its importance in preserving our outdoor recreational heritage. This event is designed for all ages. Get in on the action at the South Dakota State Fairgrounds in Huron, South Dakota, June 13-14, 2009.
