DESCRIPTION:The 41st Annual USD Wacipi is going to take place March 16 & 17
  in the Dakota Dome\, Vermillion SD. The theme this year is "Rising Above-
  Expectations for Generations"\n Grand Entries will be:\n Saturday the 16t
 h-1pm and 7pm\n Sundaythe 17th-1 pm\n The Host drum will be Bad Nation \nO
 ur Arena director will be Butch Felix and our Arena director will be Phil 
 St. John and our drum keeper will be Ronnie GoodEagle. There will be Miss\
 , Jr. Miss\, and Little Miss USD Tiospaye Competitions saturday morning. A
  Saturday Evening Meal will be Provided.\nALL dancers and drums are welcom
 e\, day money will be provided for all tiny tots and junior dancers. There
  will be contest prize money for all adult and teen categories. The powwow
  isn't just for our native relatives\, it is for everybody. Come out and s
 upport our group\, watch some beautiful dancing and enjoy yourself. Everyo
