Chief White Crane State Recreation Area

Yankton, SD

Located five miles west of Yankton off S.D. Highway 52. The park is named for the Sioux chief who met with Lewis and Clark in 1804. The area features bald eagle viewing in winter, several waterfront cabins and kayaking.
