New Monkey Rock Event Center Explodes Into Sturgis

Sturgis, SD, April 6, 2009 - - The Monkey Rock Event Center, a unique, professional and provocative Rally site, has exploded onto the scene and will make its much anticipated debut at the 2009 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, July 30 - August 9, 2009.

Monkey Rock has set the new Sturgis Motorcycle Rally benchmark in event and entertainment center excellence and is committed to making your Rally experience exciting, entertaining, comfortable and engaging for riders and vendors.

The easily accessible Monkey Rock Event Center (formerly Thunder Road) is located at the heart of the rally on Highway 34 and will offer 200,000 square feet of A-list exhibitors, industry celebrities and builders; a full lineup of entertainment all day long, every day; the largest daily afternoon cocktail party; strategically located “cool spots” throughout the event center for comfort on those warm South Dakota afternoons; an abundance of free parking; WiFi throughout the site; and a variety of food and beverage areas strategically located around the event center.

Exhibitors will enjoy professional and unprecedented services to include business center complete with PC, fax, scanner, printer, copier, internet access, telephone and travel services; secretarial services; private selling/closing space in quiet, comfortable surroundings; and an exclusive vendor bar and food service area.

It’s an event center whose time has come, suited to today’s rider and industry professional. Monkey Rock respects the uniquely American heritage of the event, embracing the history as well as recognizing what is new and necessary, fused by European and global influences which have been embraced by enthusiasts and industry professionals who have experienced the ever growing segment of international motorcycle events and bike shows.
