PIERRE, S.D. – Taking care of the customer is the focus of upcoming training workshops for those in the tourism industry.
The “Power of Approachability” takes place in Chamberlain May 23 and Sioux Falls May 24, featuring Scott Ginsberg. Mr. Ginsberg has been interviewed by CNN and USA Today and quoted in The Wall Street Journal and Cosmopolitan magazine as “The World’s Expert on Approachability.” The cost of the workshop in Chamberlain is $10 or $20, which includes Mr. Ginsberg’s book, The Power of Approachability. The workshop in Sioux Falls is $25 and includes lunch.
“Relationships are Partnerships” will be held in Rapid City May 30, featuring Wally Amos, founder of Famous Amos Cookies. Mr. Amos will address the issues of commitment, integrity, attitude, imagination, enthusiasm, self-esteem, giving, faith and love. The cost is $15 and includes lunch.
