PIERRE, S.D. - The South Dakota Office of Tourism has added two new posters to their revised poster series. The 2007 series will feature the Missouri River from the bluffs and Badlands National Park.
“Showcasing the beauty of South Dakota is something we enjoy doing,” said Chad Coppess, Photographer for the Office of Tourism. “This year's posters of Badlands National Park and the Missouri River illustrate that very well.”
The posters will be printed on heavy duty, high-quality paper stock and will be suitable for framing. The dimensions are 30 inches x 20 inches. A preview of the posters can be seen at http://www.mediasd.com/press/photosJan0407.htm.
The posters will first be available for sale at the 2007 Governor’s Conference on Tourism, Jan. 17-18, at the Ramkota RiverCentre in Pierre. After Jan. 18 they can be purchased through the South Dakota Office of Tourism at 711 E. Wells Ave. in Pierre. The cost of the posters is $5 each.
