Tourism Holds Customer Service Training Workshops

PIERRE, S.D. – Rookie or veteran, everyone in the hospitality industry can benefit from a refresher course in customer service. Taking care of the customer is the focus of three upcoming training workshops for front-line employees. The sessions, “Astonishing Service TM Adding Passion to Purpose TM,” are led by customer-service expert Randy Morgan. The workshops are set for set for May 2 in Pierre, May 3 in Sioux Falls and May 4 in Rapid City. Morgan, president of Morgan Systems International, will address how to reinvigorate customers and renew their passion for providing excellent customer service. Participants will learn best practices in developing positive relationships with guests. And they will develop tools for working as a team with co-workers. The cost of the workshop is $10 per frontline employee and $15 for managers.
