Belle Joli’ Winery will celebrate the grand opening of their Sturgis “Sparkling House” on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, August 15th -17th from 10am-8pm. The new state-of-the-art facility features on-site production of South Dakota’s first champagne lineup.
“Opening the ‘Sparkling House’ has been a dream for us,” tells co-owner and wine-maker, Matthew Jackson. “We can’t wait to bring this new experience to South Dakota!”
Belle Joli’ is confident that their Sparkling House will become a major tourist and event destination in South Dakota. While visiting, guests can enjoy a glass of authentic South Dakota wine and learn about the wine/champagne-making process. And just like their Deadwood location, a traditional tasting experience of reds, whites, desserts, and sparkling wines can also be enjoyed in the tasting room.
To commemorate the opening, Belle Joli’ will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting ceremony with the Sturgis Chamber of Commerce on Friday, August 15th at 4:00pm. The facility will continue celebrate its grand opening on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, members of the Belle Joli’ wine club will be invited to an exclusive opening event on Sunday, August 17th.
The Sparkling House is located at 3951 Vanocker Canyon Road, one-half mile south of exit 32 on I-90. Belle Joli’ also has a tasting room in Deadwood located at 593 Main Street.
