Located 14 miles northeast of Arlington off U.S. Highway 81. Features one of South Dakota's largest natural lakes, which was named after a U.S. Secretary of War (Joel Poinsett) who promoted the area's exploration. Enjoy the Lake Poinsett Visitor Center/Museum.
