Loft Tour

Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. is excited to announce the 7th annual Downtown Loft Tour. During this self-guided tour, individuals will have the opportunity to catch a glimpse at downtown living. View both occupied and vacant lofts. Register the day of the tour at the Downtown Sioux Falls, Inc. office (230 S Phillips Ave) from 9:30am - 3pm. The actual tour will take place between 10am - 4pm. Admission is $5 per person. Children 12 & under are free.
Participating properties will be listed at a later date.
Living downtown allows you the convenience and easy access to unique specialty shops, restaurants, entertainment and events. Join us on Saturday, May 11th! Parking is always FREE downtown nights and weekends!
