Old Agency Christmas Contest Pow Wow

Colorful finery, elaborate featherwork, and intricate beadwork describe the visual atmosphere of a powwow or "wacipi" pronounced WA CHEE PEE, which is Dakota, Lakota and Nakota for "dance."
