Heritage of the American West Performance Series

Spearfish, SD

A 90 minute live stage performance (in a museum!) celebrating the music, poetry, and song of the Great American Cowboy. Held every month, the highly regarded entertainment venue hosts award-winning western entertainers from across the country. Show also broadcasts on radio and takes place at the High Plains Western Heritage Center in Spearfish at 825 Heritage Drive. Contact phone number is 605-642-9378. Pre-show events include tours of the museum, special exhibits, re-enactors, book releases and signings, western artisans in visuals, leather, & silver, presentations by well known rodeo cowboys, cowgirls & rodeo queens including inductees to the National Cowboy and Cowgirl Halls of Fame. Beginning at 6pm, 1902 exhibit & reception. Tonight's featured presentation is "Roundup!" with Daron Little & Trinity Seely, Encampment & Alcova, WY, starting at 7pm.
