Faith is located in Meade County in the north west part of South Dakota. This town of less than 500 received international attention in the1990s when one of the most complete and well preserved T-Rex skeletons was found in the area.

A “T-Rex named Sue” was discovered in the outcroppings just outside of town and is currently on display at the Fields Museum in Chicago.
