Dimcok, located in the open prairies of south eastern South Dakota, is home to the oldest cheese dairy in the state. The Dimock Dairy Co-op opened its doors in 1931 and still makes their gourmet cheeses by hand.

Dimock visitors can also explore the World’s Only Corn Palace in nearby Mitchell.
