The town of Bruce, South Dakota is located just north of Brookings off Interstate-29. Outdoor enthusiasts will find camping, hiking, fishing and other water recreation at nearby Oakwood Lake State Park and Lake Poinsett State Recreation Area.
Bruce is also known for its deer, goose and pheasant hunting.
