A musician's dream comes true at the National Music Museum in Vermillion. It's filled with musical treasures, more than 10,000 instruments, from diverse cultures and numerous eras.
Enjoy the artistic heritage of South Dakota at the South Dakota Art Museum in Brookings. South Dakota's pioneer roots are immortalized in Harvey Dunn's depictions of sod homes and wind-swept prairies, while beautiful pieces crafted by 19th-and 20th-century America Indian artists showcase the state's artistic diversity.
