South Dakota offers four national parks and monuments and a wide variety of landscapes to enjoy - forested mountains, plains, rivers, lakes, streams and the colors of four seasons.
Exciting events include rodeos, powwows and the annual Buffalo Roundup at Custer State Park.
Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Badlands National Park, Crazy Horse Memorial, Laura Ingalls Wilder's "Little House on the Prairie" book settings, Native American culture and Old West Deadwood are just a few of South Dakota's amazing attractions.
